Services
Funfinity Events provides party equipment rentals and event entertainment services in South Florida, including arcade games, interactive games, photo booths, and related equipment for private and corporate events.

Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon agreement of date, equipment, and pricing. Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies are provided with each quote and rental agreement.

Equipment Use
Rented equipment must be used as directed and returned in the condition received. The client is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.

SMS Communications
By providing your phone number through our inquiry form or by contacting us, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry, quotes, and bookings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Liability
Funfinity Events is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from equipment use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction
Our SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
